If you create a lot of tours that are similar, you can duplicate an existing tour and use it to create a template tour with all the right settings.
You can set your tour size and color scheme, choose whether the tour uses popups or a tiled layout, set margins and spacing, enable MapZoom, specify layout options like title bar and footer, and so on. Then you can create a new tour by duplicating the template and adding hotspots and content.
When you duplicate a tour you can copy just the tour layout and options, but not the hotspots and content. Or you can copy the maps, hotspots, and content as well if you want to create a new tour that displays most of the same data as an existing tour. Once you have duplicated the tour you can edit the content to make changes.
How do I duplicate a tour?
Click in the menu.
